Upcoming Workshops & Special Classes

  • Putting the “aah” in Asana with Barbara Lande, Sundays, February 12 (standing poses), April 15 (twisting poses), June 10 (backbending poses), 4:00–6:00pm. Discover how and where in your yoga poses you could let go of tension and extra effort to reveal a deeper and more profound experience where that “aah” feeling comes alive.
  • Mid-Winter Yoga Immersion Day, an intensive workshop exploring a variety of essential elements to create equilibrium of mind and body, and renew the spirit. Register for the entire day or either the morning or afternoon session, Saturday, February 18, 9:00am–5:30pm. Morning session: 9:00am–12:30pm with Sandy Blaine & Erica Grevemeyer/Afternoon Session: 2:30–5:30pm with Sandy Blaine and Rebecca Trissell
  • Monthly Candlelight Restorative Yoga taught by Rebecca Trissell, continues on: February 26, March 18, April 29, May 27, and June 24 from 7:00–8:30pm. Join Rebecca on Sunday evening for a soothing, regenerating practice. Hold poses longer with the support of props and bring balance to your life, by candlelight. All levels welcome; pre-registration preferred; however, you may drop-in as your schedule allows.
  • Monthly Advanced Workshops with Sandy Blaine Saturdays, March 17, Apr 14, May 19 & June 16 (no session in February), 2:00–5:00pm. Experienced students will have the opportunity to deepen their practice with more challenging poses and ultimately explore asana as a preparation for pranayama and meditation.
  • Winter Intro to Yoga Basics is sold out. We are currently taking registration for Spring Intro to Yoga Basic, taught by Erica Grevemeyer, a five-week series, Mondays, March 26 through April 23 from 7:30-9:00pm. This introduction to the basic poses and concepts of Iyengar-style Hatha yoga is highly recommended for newcomers. Enrollment is limited and pre-registration is strongly encouraged to reserve your space.
